Apt 1.6 with seccomp support

Julian Andres Klode has recently released a new version of APT, the advanced debian package manager, with some interesting new features.

The most important feature is the seccomp support, to allow only a restricted set of syscalls to be executed by apt, making the package manager more secure and reliable.</div>
